According to the customers' location, we will choose the nearest warehouse tosend out our products. Depends on the inventory, some of the products may send from other countries including China.

If we ship from China , our shipping time is 9-12 working days , and we will inform customer to avoid such long time waiting . 

7 Days Accident Policy(including defect return/exchange, missing part/short sent etc.):Please make sure contact with us within 7days upon parcel arrived and inspected if there is anything you are not happy with what you got, if time got expired we reserve the right to refuse your application on refund or replacement or exchange.
 
Defect -- We will exchange the defective products, but only it shows the products itself has defects, we need clearer picture before you return the products us(get our approval first please). If it's your reason(eg size change) to return products itself exchange, yourself to bear the shipping cost for both come and back.
 
Short/part missing – notice us at your earliest convenience within 7days upon parcel arrived. Provide with us clear photo for the parcel you got – package and contents .
